Very influenced by Rock N Rollers like Buddy Holly , Roy Orbison or Elvis, he performed Live since
early to mid 60s. His first LP TAPESTRY was released regional on Mediaarts label and taken up for
US national release by UNITED ARTIST in 1970.
His songs AMERICAN PIE and VINCENT went on the top of the charts in many countries.
He only could follow 10 years later with a cover by ROY ORBISONs CRYING in 1980.
