The teacher started his singing career in mid 60s groups like the SECRETS (three 45 on CBS in 1967) ,
MARTIN RAYNOR & The SECRETS 45 on Columbia in 65 ) and SIMONs SECRETS (67 to 68 two 45s),
before he got signed to John Peels Dandelion label in 1970, soon after the release of his 1st LP
the label vanished. He then went to Charisma and had a UK top 10 hit with GAYE in 1973.
He recorded more good melodic Pop songs till 1976.
His 60s Pop recordings are in the same vain with some psychedelic elements.
