Re-Release 2015  -  Booklet with new essay by Sid Smith and Interview: Howard Werth
Out of Soul-Beat-Mod group LLOYD ALEXANDER REAL ESTATE who had a very
rare 1967 single release on the President (Ariola Germany with PS) label  arose
AUDIENCE in 1969. 
The 1st  album on Polydor was  withdrawn shortly  after the release.
First followed 1970 by a Soundtrack LP : BRONCO BULLFROG  & new label Charisma
released the album FRIENDS FRIENDS FRIENDS in the same year.
A year later came the HOUSE ON THE HILL album in the shops, these 2 LPs are
recommended R&B influenced progressive albums.
The last LP : LUNCH from 1972 did not fulfil the high hopes, so the group split.
Werth released two solo LPs without success .
