...formed out of 2 school-bands around 1966, recording some Demos, which got to hands of Jonathan King.
King produced first album from Genesis to Revelation, musically the sound had nothing to do with the later recordings.
More at home in Pop. Best years are from 1970 till 1975 fronted by Peter Gabriel, who mixed progressive rock
with a great show. In the following years they are fronted by PHIL COLLINS a really good drummer best shown by
his side project with BRAND X. Collins joined the band in the beginning of 1971.
