In the mid 60s on tour as MASTIN & BREWER -
The Westcoast Duo who mixed Folk, Country & psychedelic Rock had backing from a lot of
well known guest musicians...mainly from the San Francisco Scene (Dead, Quicksilver etc.).
Signed by A&M in 1968 a first LP saw a release in 1969 incl. the song:
KEEPER OF THE KEYS later covered by H.P.LOVECRAFT - bands like The POOR
or NITTY GRITTY DIRT BAND recorded also some of their songs.
After first album they changed label to Kama Sutra.
