Younger brother of Jimmy Ruffin, is active in the music scene since the late 50s.
In 1963 the tenor vocalist joined The TEMPTATIONS , which he was part till 1968.
His solo years did not went so well..so in 1983 he was involved in a TEMPTATIONS
re-union.  He also did record with HALL &OATES.
