WCPAEB founded by the two Harris Brothers, who had through their family a classical backround.
On the first private released album from 1966 they had a own drummer in DANNY BELSKY on all other releases
and in concerts they used different session drummers. From 1966  to 1969 the released 5 albums.
Bob Markley was introduced to the band by KIM FOWLEY, he mainly worked as producer.

After the split around 1970, SHAWN HARRIS & MARKLEY  each released one solo LP.
Michael Lloyd, Dan & Shawn Harris worked as producers, songwriters and label manager.
