Mike Cooper started around 1964 with UK R&B band The BLUES COMMITTEE releasing only some songs in the 60s.
By 1968 he was into folkrock playing with IAN A. ANDERSON with whom he founded own label called Matchbox, and
releasing a first album - after that they go seperate ways. IAN after Fontana releases founded own label VILLAGE THING and
MIKE signed by PYE  releasing 1LP on Pye and 4 albums on their Prog-label DAWN.
Now his Folkrock was more experimental open to Jazz-, African-Music and later (90s &) on with Electronic.

His last release in 70s was on the FRESH AIR label in 1974, till 1999 nothing happened, from this time on he has constant
album releases.

Style : Folk-Blues , Folkrock with Jazz and Afro Influences
