ROBERT FRIPP :
Started recording with his band The LEAGUE OF GENTLEMEN in 1965/66 releasing two 45s.
On the next step followed the group BRAIN already with the Giles brothers (1 single 1967), they in turn became
Giles Giles Fripp recording one album and two singles in 1968.
In 1969 his well known and one of the best progressive Rockbands King Crimson was formed.
Aside from the band he started with solo records in 1973 ,some with ENO or Andy Summers too.

BRIAN ENO :
ENO became known as a member of Glam-Rock band ROXY MUSIC with whom he recorded the first two albums.
After that he started a solo career , but did session with musicians from Can, Cluster , 801 and King Crimsons - Robert Fripp.
He and Fripp invented Ambient as new music genre.
Eno worked as producer around others with U2.
