NICK NICELY (Nickolas Laurien) was born 1959 in the UK and is musically active since the mid 70s.
Inspired by the psychedelic sound of the 60s (incl. Beatles) he recorded his first Single D.C.T. DREAMS in the 80s,
and released it on his own label - by end of 1980 it was picked up by Hansa-Records and became a small hit on
the continent.
HANSA was not interested on the next recordings, but EMI released the great HILLY FIELDS (1892) on EMI5256
in the spring of 1982 - but nothing happened.
Nicely did some sessions  and on his own  - In the late 80s and early 90s  he recorded again under names like
PSYCHOTROPE or CITIZEN KANED at home with some success in the Dance and Acid House scene.
His great recordings (a great mix of psychedelic 60s sound and electronic) became a album release, on
DAVID WELLS 10th Planet label - who always founded and released forgotten music-pearls on his label.

Since this release  NICELY is active again and released some tapes and records.
