Band started under the name The TROLLS in 1964, by end of 1966, when signed to RCA, they chanced name to
The STAINED GLASS.
With WE GOT A LONG WAY TO GO (Mann-Weil) they had a big regional hit in San Jose in 1967.
The record deal changed to CAPITOL Records the 1st album CRAZY HORSE ROADS came to the shops in 1968,
with Tom Bryant a 2nd album AURORA was released in 1969 - but again without success, so the band split at end of 1969.
McPherson joined JOHN CIPOLLINA s COPPERHEAD for their lone Columbia LP.
Group released 2 great Popsike albums and 7 Singles on RCA & Capitol
