Great progressive Rock formed in 1967 first single in 1968 followed by 1st album in 1969.
After the Polydor 45 the group split, but was reformed soon after , a 2nd longer break came in early 1972.
Hammill goes solo, but was accompanied on many LPs by former members of the band.
Hammill re-united the band including some new members in 1975, but after 3 albums they fall apart again.
Since 2005 they record and tour together again.
The LONG HELLO :
At the same time the other members worked as the LONG HELLO releasing private pressed LP , but got
releases in Italy, where they had a bigger following.
