Early formations performed since 1973. A  first  45 got relased with MONGOLOID in 1976.
De-Evolution was signed by STIFF in the UK , after one EP or Mini-LP and 1 single, they
changed label to VIRGIN . First LP of this USA  (Akron) band ARE WE NOT MEN? was
produced by BRIAN ENO in the UK. With a break the band was active till 1991.
Reformed in the mid 90s and changed name to The WIPEOUTERS in 2001.
First singles are re-recorded for first album.
