Born in Glasgow Scotland started touring in the Folk Scene around 1962
..his biggest influence came from US -Folkblues & Davey Graham.
Worked with John Renbourn before forming PENTANGLE (1968-1973).
His 1st Solo album was released in 1965 on Transatlantic.
He re-united with the reformed Pentangle by end of the 80s.
