Founded in 1972 after split of THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH and BELL & ARC.
The band lasted till late 1973 and recorded two albums - released on EPIC Records in UK, Europe and USA.
They mixed Pop & Rock with some Funk- and Blues-Elements.
