Formed mid 1969 and signed contract with MCA in 1970. They got best known for their twin leadguitar sound, but where
not the first band who did it , BLOSSOM TOES did it also before.
With ARGUS their 3rd LP they reached the top 5 of the UK album charts, in 1974 they released a highly recommended
Live Double album. After that Ted Turner was replaced by Laurie Wisefield from HOME and they relocated to the USA.
So they came after THERES A RUB in the US Mainstream Rock wirl. They split in 1985 and reformed again in 1988
and are still touring with differing lineups.
