Formed in 1967 by jazz drummer Ed Cassidy who had played with the likes of Cannonball Adderley, Thelonious Monk,
Gerry Mulligan and his stepson Randy California (ex-Blue Flames & Red Roosters), after four recommended LPs only
Cassidy and Locke produced with the Staehely brothers one forgettable album named FEEDBACK and split after that.
Andes and Ferguson went to Mainstream Rocker JO JO GUNNE.
Around 1974 California and Cassidy reformed the band, which exist till the death of Randy California in Jan. 1997,
