Compilation 60s to 70s
Father of the British Blues...first worked with CHRIS BARBER & CYRIL DAVIES in the late 50s.
In the late 70s and early 80s he worked mainly as DUO with the excellent bassplayer COLIN HODGINSON, around this
time he worked as Radio and TV Broadcaster too. It was a tragedy and great loss for the music scene, when he died from
cancer in 1984.
He helped to form many UK - Blues & Rockbands in the 60s and 70s, his family-tree is by far the biggest so we'll name
