Formed around 1965 & 1966 recomended by ARTHUR LEE (LOVE) to Elektra. First releasees in Febr./March 1977 and
charting to number one with "Light My Fire" in July 1967. One of the most influental bands till today, cult following since the death of lead singer JIM MORRISON., who had already split from the band in march 1971 to live in Paris.
2 more LPs are released under the name Doors with a small hit "Mosquito"
