Formed in 1968 by 3 ex-BYRDS members Gram Parsons, Chris Hillman & Sneaky Pete, recorded two LPs till 1970,
before Gram had to quit, depending on his ongoing drug problems. The others are going on with some other members
till split late in 1971. Reformed in 1974 through Sneaky Pete now till end of 1976.
Since this days they often reformed with many different lineups.
