To me the best European 60s R&B Group, formed by Van Morrison after his split from
the MONARCHS. Till today Van produce high quality music.
..after Van split from the group...one part became The Belfast Gypsies (Freak Of Nature)
which continued the hard R&B of the original group more to Garage-Punk.
The others regrouped in the USA with some american musicians and released with different
members 4 albums in US, two on Tower and two on Happy Tiger .
First LP with a mix of R&B and psychedelic ..the 2nd was a great psych album.
This band included the great underrated guitar player JIM ARMSTRONG and also Alan Henderson
& Ray Elliott from the original irish band.
Jim Armstrong recorded also with TRUTH (one CD-release) now released on Vinyl in Greece look
at LP section
